Hotel is modern, beautiful, and designed well. Gym is awesome with modern equipment. Very kind and professional staff, specially at the reception.

Everything was amazing ...this property is absolutely ideal for digital nomads... from the wifi reliability and strength to the service and front desk (Lina was the best!) to the gym facilities, to the design and common areas to the beautiful design of the room itself (everything upscale and nice - kitchen with everything you need and beautiful bathroom too) - you just couldn't ask for more. If Unity had places worldwide, I would probably exclusively use them for all my accommodations.

The room was super-duper exceptionally clean, even the bathroom! The kitchenette was equipped with everything you need to cook: very convenient, especially if you don't mind cooking for yourself instead of going out to eat. You can even grill a steak, just like at home! Plus, the place is pretty quiet, you won't be woken up by street noise.

I arrived on the opening day of UNITY Malmö. I was warmly welcomed by very friendly staff! The UNITY breakfast was a fresh grab-go concept - nice and well tasting The apartment was equipped with a fantastic bed, kitchen (if you go for long-stay), working table and a fantastic bathroom. The design was impressive - I was told that all UNITY properties in the Nordics is designed by Tom Dixon. Furthermore, UNITY Malmö has a full equipped gym powered by Technogym, co-working and an amazing orangeri. I will, for sure, come back to UNITY Malmö. THANK YOU!

I stayed for 4 weeks during my Swedish course and really enjoyed it. The orangery was a great place to sit and work. I liked the room and it had everything i needed for my stay. The hotel itself is calm and quiet, but there is a construction place next door. The rooms where however very well soundproofed. 1 cleaning a week was great and the location is very central. They offer underground bike parking where I could also charge my electric bike. My room was spacious and the bed comfortable. My boyfriend did not stay with me full time, it might have been a bit cramped. But i would definetly reccomend it for 1 person!

The hotel is clean and modern, the orangery is so beautiful and the perfect place for breakfast or an evening sitting and relaxing. The room was clean and had all the facilities you could possibly need in a compact space. Most of all the staff here are so friendly and helpful.

The Facilities were all new and intact The kitchenette has everything you can think of The Toilet and Bath were sparkling clean The room has the latest amenities a hotel should have The gym is lovely The room has a fan which makes a lot of difference.

Really loved Unity Malmo - it was very clean, and the facilities were excellent. The gym was well equipped, clean and never too full - I was also able to use it when I arrived early and my room wasn't ready yet. The conservatory was a wonderful place to work, full of sunlight and plants. We didn't eat or use the bar but all the food and drink looked good. The room was great, comfy beds, modern and very clean. The use of our own small kitchenette was fab. We stayed for Eurovision and the team went the extra mile to have ready a flyer with transport options, places to eat and where to go. The location is about a 40 min walk into the centre of Malmo, which we enjoyed walking to or easily renting an e-scooter. The bus was also very convenient. The area felt safe and we would stay again.

It is a relatively new location. The location is semi-central, but with a bus stop nearby and a supermarket.. Bus 3 also takes you to certain tourist areas. My room was equipped with a mini kitchen equipped with everything you need. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and with everything you need. I recommend this place, even if quite expensive. I didn't try the breakfast because I understood that the variety was poor.

It is a great place to stay for both one night or longer. It has everything you need. Hairdryer, kitchen, cutlery, etc. The room was extremely clean.
